BoJak's Bar & Grille is Hiring a Barback Near Franklin, IN
BoJak's Bar & Grille is hiring for barbacks in our high-volume establishment. Barbacks are paid $5.00/hr and receive tips based on total sales ranging from $100-$200 a night (8-hour shift). This range means compensation rates of $19.75-$32.25/hr should be expected. You leave with your cash tips every night!
Our barbacks work on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Don't worry; you won't have to work every Thursday, Friday & Saturday if you don't want to; we're pretty flexible with scheduling!
We're looking for friendly, well-groomed, energetic people to fill this role!
- Job Duties Include -
- Tidy up tables, counters, and other bar areas
- Collect empty glasses and bottles
- Restock the bar with straws, coasters, and napkins
- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes
- Replenish fruits
- Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles
- Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
- Refill ice bins
- Clean rags throughout the shift
- Assist the Bartenders & Servers during rush hours
Experience:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
